Delete your Clarity Codes account

1. Make an account deletion request

You can request deletion of your Clarity Codes account and the personal data associated with it without signing in to the app.

Email us from the address connected to your Clarity Codes account. Please use the subject line “Account deletion request” so we can process your request quickly.

2. What happens next

We will verify the request, deactivate the account, and delete or anonymise the personal data associated with it. This includes account profile details, marketing preferences, push-notification identifiers, and other customer data that is not needed for a legal or security purpose.

We may contact you if we need information to verify that you own the account. Requests are normally completed within 30 days, or sooner where practical.

3. Limited retention

Important Some information may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the security of the service, or establish and defend legal claims. Retained information is restricted and is deleted when the relevant purpose ends.
